Want to work on barefoot running today.
Need to get some strength training done also.
Ran 1st barefoot 2k. Very easy. Slow but no stopping... didn't have any need to stop at all. Stresses the calves a great deal though. I understand now why they say to ease into it.
Wondering if cutting grain right back to once a week (last Friday - movie night) had anything to do with the run being so easy.

Got 100% of my calories in. The boy got 98%. Pretty awesome since his goal is 2600 calories. That's quite a lot of food for such a little guy. lol We shot for the high end of what he needs in hopes of really getting him a good boost as he enters into puberty.
