Good morning to all,
Feels good to get back on track. I got a new job and tried on some old business attire and, well, reality bites (movie pun). I lift weights but have not followed a proper diet plan. So here I am again, but on 225, my goal is 175. Any suggestions?

I haven't been on here for a while, but after gaining some weight back, I think it is time. I have been all over the scale from 225 to 206 and back to 215. So here we go again my goal is 170 lbs. Have a great week, everyone.
