Swelling / water weight gone. Leg ulcer from it almost healed up. Still haven't figured out what caused the sudden swelling after not having any for a very long time. Just glad it's gone. I didn't eat any new foods, go anywhere new- nothing new just before it happened so who knows? I do have Lupus so it could have just been a weird flare.

Ugh! keeps creeping up. I don't know if it's real weight or water weight. I know I have tons of inflammation going on. Hands and knees are swollen. Hurts to flex my hands or to walk. Have a doctors appointment on Friday. I'll see what she says then. Keep chugging along everyone!

Hoping it's all water weight. legs all swollen. have an ulcer on my leg. hands feel swollen. just blah. want this to go away and get back under 300 before the end of the month.

Finally back on track after the holidays. Now to just keep up with my actual tracking. It helps so much I do believe. Question for everyone. I got a Magic Bullet for Christmas and have started trying out some smoothies. Does anyone save your smoothie recipes or just enter the ingredients as you make them on an individual basis?
