I eat very healthy most of the week. Yesterday was a sedentary day with hours and hours of homework and a yummy, dirty, delicious day of ordering in and I went over my budget, but it happens sometimes 🤤🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s probably 1/2 💦 1/2 gains, but my weekly summary is on point 🙌Gotta enjoy here and there. My rheumatologist wants me to try Tai Chi and continue yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ I told her it’s been a hot minute since I busted out my mat. So maybe after my Nutrition exam and rest of my homework I will wooo saaaaa it out on the mat and Google Tai Chi..... because...... I don’t know how to do that lol. I do love the ab roller, my back has been stiff, so maybe that will help stretch me out while building those abs that are deep, deep, deep with in 🤪💪 I miss swimming 🏊‍♀️!!! IShe said it’s not worth the risk joining a center being immune compromised during a viral pandemic. So, I will just get back to what I can do. It’s been hard finding the time the past few weeks, so I have to fit it in. I have my knee braces, so I may even try out my new fancy jump rope (hopefully that bladder sling of mine works 😳🤪) Happy Sunday friends ☀️☕️☕️ 🍁 🎃 🍁 ☺️☺️💪💪☀️☀️💜💚
