Still I have no idea how much I weight.... But Ican't wait to see my nutritionnist, because I am disappointed in myself and I need help... For the last two week, I struggle with the glucides (carbohydrates)... I think about desserts all the time....

Difficult not knowing if I lose weight or not when you are in quarantine in another province and you don't have a scale... I'm eating between 1450-1550 calories a day, but I don't know if it's to much as I can't go out of the house to exercise... how do we know how many calories we need to eat To lose weight?!
