Ugh!! Here I go again!!
I have let way too much time go by with good intentions!!
Today forward I am staying focused on a healthier happier me!! :)
NO time for excuses - so I won't give any - I simply let life get the best of me again!
I'm taking the reins back!! I have to make time for the things I want and need to do...and start eliminating things that are taking precious time from them!!

I am up 7 pounds since October!! That was the last time I was trying this weight loss thing! I had been 256 in August - got down to 244 - then fell off the band wagon with the Holidays. So - now I'm back up to 251!! However, I went on steroids for 4 weeks because of bronchitis/pneumonia - so I'm hoping that had some to do with it!! lol!
My first goal is 225!
My next goal is 207....why 207? Because over the last several years I have lost down to 208 pounds 5 different times!! I CANNOT pass 208!!! I don't know what it is - something always happens!! One time I found out I was pregnant!!!...which was perfect because I was losing weight in hopes to have another baby!!!...I just couldn't get pregnant before losing weight!! Another time I injured my knee. Something just always happens right at 208 that throws me off track!! So, the day that scale finally reads 207 will be an amazing celebration day for me!!!

Here's to little successes to add up to big goals met!!

Have went up and down!!!
Lots of stress since 06-13-15.
Both vehicles down - repairs.
Fridge died - had to replace.
Lots of minor things going wrong.
Just couldn't deal - didn't stick to diet / meds.
Both kids birthdays!
Little Man at Thomas Train & Camo Chick at Kings Island for 2 days!!
Plus 4th of July & then Family in from Florida!!
All the fun and bad foods makes it really hard to stick to diet!!!
A couple weeks ago I was back up to 254.
I'm happy to say that I have been back on track for almost 2 weeks now and I am now back down to 245 & sticking to diet / meds!
Note: Its "that time" so I'm carrying a little water weight & loving that I'm staying strong & not cheating as I often due at "that time".
I'm starting fresh in a really good place!! Feeling happy & healthy!! :)

The key!! I have finally figured out that as long as I pre-plan and pack my food for entire day (snacks included) I can meet my food goals like a rock star!!! When I let this crazy hectic life get the best of me & I don't come prepared, then its over!!! If I'm stuck to relying on vending machines and fast food restaurants - I'm setting myself up for failure!! The key for me is to make myself a priority & pre-plan my meals for the day!!! I do not preplan dinner - I make a sensible dinner & eat approriate portions!! I am able to control myself for dinner & limit snacks once I get home! Its at work that I have the issues! It feels great to have pinpointed a huge stumbling block and even better... I have the power to control it!! :)
