I was having some digestive trouble today, and it stressed me out so much that I had probably ten of those little circular cookies pillsbury makes... uhh, I thought I was getting over my stress eating but apparently not. 😅

I know lots of people have trouble staying under their RDI for calories, but does any one else have trouble meeting that amount? I'm at a loss of how to increase the calories I'm consuming.
