Today I promise to fight my own self-destructive tendencies due to COVID. I ate & drank to “cope” all weekend; and now, with kids home and feeling pretty defeated - and guilty - I have to make a choice. Healthy and making the best of this situation, or self-destruct & make this a month of living hell for myself & my family. Today it’s an easy 1st choice, but this weekend I lost a battle. But I don’t want to lose the war. Be safe out there 🥰🥰🥰
