Ooops! Guess I didn't do as well last night, ending Phase 1. I did do my measurements for end of Phase 1 and lost a total of 3" and 4 lbs. Not bad for 5 days. Now it's on to Phase 2.

Day 4 wasn't that bad but I'm tired of eating the same things over & over again. Today will be Day 5 then I move on to Phase 2 for another 5 days. Weight loss is slowing down.

Day 3 of Phase 1 wasn't too bad but I cheated a little and sampled something I shouldn't have. I have 2 more days before Phase 1 is completed. I need to be much more disciplined, by my choice. It's on 2 more days. On to Day 4.
