I found out this week that I need to have my gallbladder removed. That is one aspect that has made eating better easier; I have been somewhat limited as to what I can eat that doesn't make me feel yucky. I didn't make it to the gym today, but I did work my part time job, so I was on my feet and moving a lot today. I joined a gym near my full time job and thankfully have a supervisor that will let me go on my lunch hour (or hour and a half) and make up the time. I have no excuse not to get healthy. I have been feeling so much better lately and sleeping better as well.

I worked my part time job today and checked out a gym close by afterwards. I took a tour of the place and joined and stayed to walk on a treadmill. I have to make time for this, just like I make time to go to work, clean house, etc. I feel great!!

So I am about a week into trying to lose weight. I love keeping track of what I eat and the nutrional info on my phone. I don't think I will be weighing myself frequently. In the past when trying to lose weight, I would weigh myself every other day and get frustrated as the scale fluctuated. I am feeling better; over time my clothes will be fitting differently. The scale will go down, as will my blood pressure. I can't wait :)
