a bit disapointed with weight but think I need new weight scales, had to try 6 times to get it working.....

OK, had a depress time, didn't want to keep going and felt that my life had no meaning
I'm turning 47 this year, 3 years off 50, and I would like to meet my 50's a bit lighter and healthier so want to keep going
so as July is my birth month, I will start daily recording food, exercise and feelings, I will weigh in tomorrow morning and continue from there
I was going to go to a gym but have decided to give up my membership and do home based and aqua based exercises with my exercise physiologist as I want to learn good control with my diabetes, then once I have the ball rolling I will rejoin the gym as my reward
my eating plan will be to eat a more diabetic friendly diet, I have a problem with sweet foods and bread so this will be a challenge

stuffed up big time today
well more lie tonight, have acid re-flux, not sure if it was from lunch, the meatballs or because I haven't had my nexium for the last 4 days
unfortunately it is hard to get into the doctors this week, that and I have not been eating as well as I could be

dinner was eaten at 9.30 pm
not feeling crash hot at the moment, gassy tummy not that bad but annoying
will have to work something out so that Wednesday nights activities don't mean late night meals where I have not prepared for it

the chips and lamb kebabs were over cooked, almost could've been said to be that we were eating burnt offerings lol
I was served by my sister as I was busy consoling a friend, so I couldn't complain as it was my fault that tea over cooked
