While I know I could have done better this week I'm still gonna take it as a good thing for a loss of just over 2 pounds in 5 days of very lazy keto.

So I am not a huge fan of almond flour texture. Everything I have made with it turns out with a corner consistency. The coconut flour is probably more like regular flour texture. Does anyone know the conversion exchange for recipes or is it even possible to exchange? Most of the recipes call for almond flour.

So I noticed on the app that I scan my Atkins bar in and it should it be 3 net carbs but they report it as 7 😕 so while the app is helpful I still need to double check my net carbs.

Well I'm back after about a few weeks of being absent from FS among other things I dropped just to refocus on myself and while I gained a lot of weight I just feel good right now. So my keto started again today and hope to quickly get back in the game.
