Been having a hard time with food lately. Trying to see if I can tell a difference in these pics. 60 pound loss from the bearded lady pic (halloween) and now. Can't get a good pic to save my life. Trying to get back motivated. 442 lbs to 385 lbs.

I've been doing the up and down dance all week lol. I'll eventually get it figured out. Having fast food 3 days in a row didn't help. Our electricity, internet, etc. was out for 4 days because of a tornado. Lost all the stuff in the fridge but what I kelp on ice. Things have been going fine other than having to much junk to eat. Everyone I talk to is having the same exact problem with food. This really lets me see just how much of a grip food has on all of us, no matter where we are in our health journey. I hope everyone is doing good and as always I'll be praying for you all! We got this, and we will overcome any bumps in the road this journey sends us!

Just checking in with you all. I have been here daily, but not journaling like I normally do. I've still been adding my food daily, the good and bad. My problems are improving, and things are starting to look up. I've gotten messages asking if I'm okay, and I am making it. Just doing a little check-in with y'all. I hope everyone is well. I knew I was going to have a gain this week. I was mentally prepared for it. I've been down at my back all week, can hardly walk. Also, urine problems don't help as it causes me to retain water. This week has been miserable health-wise. I'm holding on though and improving some. So hopefully the week ahead is better. Not going to let this bump in the road pull me down. They will be plenty of bumps in the road on this journey. I hope everyone has a wonderfully blessed day! As always you are all in my prayers.
