Day 1 Very hard . Food is on my mind like a waterfall. It makes me feel that it is controlling me and I hate it. I struggle with smells that others are eating and I just want to be a shark.( Sound)( Like Jaws theme song) and snap at the FOOD!YUM,YUM, YUM! I know, I sound craZy and You might not feel like I do the first day But I really don't want to feel like this. Yip, All day on the brain can make my head blow up like C4! Zen Please Zen!
