How do you keep the paranoia out that is telling you that everyone is trying to keep you fat?
How do you not feel bad for doing well and losing weight when people you love and nurture are not losing and feel bad about themselves?

I know they would never intentionally making me feel bad about myself..(at least i don't think they are)

I am an emotional eater i work on that everyday.
