Honestly been too scared to weigh, haven't eaten amazingly well as I've finally moved house and everything has been up in arms. Can't believe I've lost!! Very happy :-)

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Losing 1lb a week at the moment. Not bad considering I'm still not allowed to exercise post CSection (9weeks ago). I do little walks 3 times a week and have overhauled my diet completely. I'm happy with the loss but just you wait until I'm able to exercise again. Before falling pregnant I would run 4miles 6 times a week, I love running and I can't wait to be able to get back into it.

Salmon with Rocket, Cucumber, Pepper, Avocado and Walnuts. Such a tasty and fillong salad.

Steak rolls and rice. So yummy! been MIA lately, moving house this week so have been packing, painting, looking after my 9 week old baby and 17yr old dog!
