Been awhile since I checked in but life got in the way. Had to take my granddaughters hiking and camping. Had to do some yard work like move 10 yds of topsoil from the pile and spread it. 50 wheelbarrow loads go the back yd done!! What a task. I also have a Legion men's league golf day every Wednesday and every 2nd Monday. So it adds up quick. Anyway, a 2 lb loss and I'm happy getting close to another milestone. It's working and that makes me trés happy. What am I doing you ask, well we got rid of the 'white'. No flour or products containing grains, no sugar which is a tough one, every damn thing has sugar hidden in it. One of my buddies was bragging about his delicious strawberry rhubarb pie and that was my only, 'wow would I like a big piece of that!!!' moment in a long time. Anyway, skin issues are better, sleeping is better, all is good in sector 7. Oh, yea there was smores packed in!!!
