It feels so good, being on healthy lifestyle going to gym 6 days a week, my Metabolism is so high.... people noticing some weight loss already... getting closer to my goal

I usually record after I leave the gym, yesterday been busy so this is double Journal entry.
Yesterday was a great day at the gym.. Added 2-3 more exercises left the gym I had 2 hours trip to other town ... so I ate different food (Grillies) from the usual protein....
Today early at morning... i took the same trip two hours back to home, went to gym earlier than usual, workedout morn than usual as well, added few exercises.... now tired but because of the highway... and I didn't get enough sleep...

Trying to eat as much as protein as I can, and so far it is going well.
as my 2nd day in the gym, following this 3x supersets 0x breaks between the exercises only 30 secs before the next superset, kinda killing me during training, but no pain... no gain.

My First day Recording here,
today I started new Gym Schedule with great trainer not in rush for results but my goal is to burn fat and build muscles and I'm Lucky enough to have such coach around.
