It is not easy to lose weight. It seems easy to gain the pounds. I think it is tied to my emotional state. When I walk on my treadmill with only my sneakers on, it helps me to visualize what I will look like when I achieve my goal weight. I want to look good for my self and not feel self conscious about how I look to my fellow participants at my coed nude yoga class. Thank you for reading my journal and following my progress. I read others ' progress and want to encourage them towards their goal.

Morning cookie and coffee with Seman for cream. Walked miles on my path in the woods with only my sneakers on. Lost another .5 pounds.
