Missed you FS Community. Mom’s permanently in nursing home facility. She’s having hard time adjusting. One of us goes everyday. It’s pretty sad but she needs 24/7 care. Health is better but she doesn’t want to stand or try to walk so she requires 2 people to get her into bed or go to bathroom. My move to new apartment was ok but we had gas leak & cockroaches when we got here & water damage/mold still issue. My family thinks I should move again & wants to help. We have possible places to go but I am not sure I can get out of this lease. Trying to stay positive. Meanwhile cat loves it because we’re right next to huge tree & lots of squirrels. Moving & dance have been my great exercise. I’m near Trader Joe’s so I’m staying on top of healthy living.

Moving week! Too many carbs but I’ll get back in sync in a week or so. Hoping some of the big snow will melt but it’s going to be really cold on moving day yikes! Thanks GS!

Hi FS community! I haven’t had a chance to log my food but I’m basically living on salmon avocado kale & spinach & eggs. Been spending most of my time either picking up boxes or packing boxes or visiting mom at nursing home so I’m running till moving day in 2 weeks! Getting better about grabbing high protein when near nursing home. I can’t believe I’m 2 pounds away from my goal. I told myself that I’d probably get to my goal by Christmas & here it is not too long after so I’m feeling very excited. I don’t think I’ve ever really set a goal & achieved it or it was not quite like this so I’m very excited. Thank you FS!!!

What I’m doing next few weeks. That & singing with Mom at nursing home. Cable got disconnected last night when they moved me 2 weeks early by mistake. I lost it. Feel terrible how I reacted. Can’t let that bother me & that operator didn’t deserve my rath
