Salsa chicken w. black beans and rice. Boneless, skinless chicken breast with home made salsa in the crockpot and put can of black beans last 10 minutes of cooking then toss fresh cilantro right before serving. Shred chicken, eat with rice or make tacos!

LOVE any air fryer! Healthy lunch in about 15 min. The potatoes are from last nights air fried dinner.
