Not eating by "the plan" shows up quickly...shows negative results quickly...
but today is a new day...this is the beginning of a new week...
am posting a quote below...and I am sure I can profit as I (and maybe others on Fat Secret) interpret this quote as it applies to healthy eating and weight loss....
