And day three is here, along with another pound of water weight loss. Even though I've been through this before, I'm reminded that when your body carries around a lot of water when it's got to deal with crappy food intake. I'm ready to start losing some real fat/weight now. And I made it to day three without killing anything! Here's to living on less sugar and more whole foods!

I am always amazed at how just one day of sticking to Keto will help me drop a ton of water weight. I nearly dropped 3 lbs overnight of water!!! And I feel so good today. This is day two, and day three is the toughest. Yesterday I immediately had headaches from abstaining from carbs. Today I've managed to stave it off by drinking tons of water and a couple cups of coffee. One day at a time!!

I got up this morning and got on my scale to see 222 on the display. It might as well have read 666 I was so upset. This is the heaviest I have been my entire life! I have gained about forty pounds over the last 10 years, 20 of them in the last two. I got married, and I feel like I've 'let myself go'. I'm taking control and doing a diet I know works: keto!
Here's to day one!
