Adjusted my start weight based on what is really should have been due to a change in my scale. Got a new one and I've been 7 lbs off, in favor of me. So, I added the 7 lbs back on.

I have been still eating really clean and limit breads to once a week, usually Sunday - been making my own hamburger buns and homemade breads when I want them so I know their free of all the junk that are in the store bought kind. Weight hasn't changed much since March. Last week I decided to start riding my bike again and kick my butt into losing the last 36 lbs I have to get to my goal. Rode 74 miles this week and am pretty happy about that. Average speed is between 10.5 - 12mph. Does anyone else ride? I love using the Map My Fitness app when I'm out and I can see my results on my computer and phone. Weighed in this past Monday and was still 181 so we'll see what happens to the scale come Tuesday morning.

I miss logging stuff here, but it's so convenient on my smart phone with being able to scan bar codes to get the nutritional info.

Great job to several of my friends who have gotten to their goal! Congratulations!!
