This is actually down 7 pounds from last month, when I was not well enough to get to a library(still no internet at home). Got off the "sugaring out" bandwagon and doffed the pounds in only 5 days. Onward to better health!

May have finally backed away from "sugaring out," my (evidently favorite) maladaptive response to all the stress of moving & of getting that Covert Narcissist out of my life. The acid test for my sugar addiction -- looking at the chocolate bars at the store -- resulted in me thinking, "Yccch! I'd rather go home and eat those yummy fajita-flavored leftovers in the fridge." Cacao and healthy fats FTW!

Still no internet at home; waiting to see what Congress does about Net Neutrality. Meanwhile, LCHF remains the cheapest/most anxiety-relieving/healthiest way of eating for me, so the journey continues thusly.

Yup, waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much stress eating! So, I am taking the rest of the month "off" to recover from being around people. And, now that I have a home with countertops in the kitchen -- WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - there will be lots and LOTS of fat-bomb-making for the holidays!
