The weekend was a write-off. Not even worth putting my food list in. Today, I'm back on track...off a bit because I slept through breakfast and had it a 1 pm HAHAHA. But I'm not eating the knobs off the cupboard today!

One week and I'm still on track despite the offer of chocolate at work, fries/garlic bread/Cadbury Eggs at home....sigh. What a journey!

Today was a Good day! I stayed on track...drank lots of water and I feel good about the day. Sad I had to feel full from salad!! hahaha

I've been doing my best to stay on track. I feel discouraged when my family can't "remember" that I don't want to eat after 7 p.m. My co-workers talk about losing weight but then stray away from eating well often. Today...I feel secluded and alone. Could be just me. I went for a long walk with the dog last night. that was wonderful. Thankfully it wasn't too cold and there was no ice so no fear of falling. Meh...feeling down today. But, staying on track food wise. That's a bonus!
