I just avoid as much sugar as possible, I use artificial sweeteners. Skim milk, Special K mostly occasional scrambled eggs with a little salsa or as much. I avoid as much carbs as possible. But the main thing is measure every thing and when you go to eat something like French fries and see how many calories it has you’ll opt for another choice. I like Mac and Cheese but I don’t eat it anymore “ maybe just a taste “ . Cauliflower crust pizza but just a slice or two, not the whole thing. I take Metamucil or equivalent 2 or 3 times a day. It’s the computer age , lots of information about food. Lay off fat’s and oils. It doesn’t take much to grease a skillet. Skinless, lean cuts of low fat meats and don’t eat for a full feeling, eat as often as you like just keep the calorie intake for the day low. www.acaloriecounter. com has helped me. I take in less calories than they recommend but the only downfall to loosing fast is a little loose skin “oh. well. When I started I had watched Dallas Buyers Club and The Machinist. If Christian Bale and Mathew McConaughey can do it for a movie I can do it for my health.
