I so need to get back on track! After being away for New Years and all the Christmas dinners preceding that I totally feel like a slug! Will get on the scale in the morning and see how much damage I have done. Happy New Year everyone :)

I find weight lose is always difficult but even tougher this time of the year. Parties, baking, missed meals. You name it I have an excuse for it! lol I will try harder!

It seems that every morning I start off on track. I eat properly, I exercise, I drink my water. I do everything right until after supper. It's all down hill from there! All I want to do in the evenings is snack!
