Yup, slept poorly, weight goes up. So far consistent. But a whole lb this time! Grrr.

Did the app just update or did i mash a key somewhere? I just had to accept requests from people following me. Yet the same log shows they were already following me? this happen to anyone else? I cant really see my profile from outside but should be public I think.

Those small victories that go unsung. Tonight had company over for bbq. Desert was fresh banana bread and butter tarts. taking up the table and that stray left over butter tart looking up all me, there all beconing. That test of will power as it stayed un-eaten. :)

Im going to say it, even tho it isnt likely going to get a responce. Compression garments? Ive read about lose skin after weightloss & that its likely surgery to remove it down the line but while dieting compression/shapewear/girdles can help. Spent more then I care to admit on it now. Most seem to be made for people under 5"5, and not for men shaped as a bear. Mens shapewear so far has been really disapointing. Tied womens as well spanx etc and can say its a bit more fit tollerant, however height/torso issues still. Ive seen these compression suits fajas etc all for $120 each, wondering if its worth it? Will the chub thats gotten looser tighten up as I do? Is it just a marketing scam like diet pills and special tonics? And is there any comfortable compression wear out there?
