I haven't been logging everything like I should, and I have cheated a bit on my diet but not too much. It is getting easier to just know what I've eaten calorie wise as well as all of the other things I've been on the look out for.

Today I ate a lot of wings, but I didn't order pop, though I took some sips from my boyfriend's, nor did I use any ranch dressing. I already have dinner planned too, so though I may be a bit up on my calories I did take some steps to a better lifestyle.

I haven't really been sticking to my diet this past week. I've been busy and tired and didn't have any pre-made food in the house so we would go out. Well now that's behind me and I'm not going to use that excuse any more. I haven't worked out other than yard work and swimming, but I did do two miles this week! So that's 6 towards the 75 in 31. I also lost a pound despite all the junk food so that's 1 out of 5 for this month. I'm feeling very great about myself.
