I'm still here. Been REALLY busy so haven't had much time to log on. WOE is still going well. I'm down to 143.8 today. YAHOO!!! Hope all are well. :)

Changes in the WOE are pretty good. I'm feeling much better and have more energy. Life is good. Hubby's numbers are really coming down to be a lot more in the normal range. YaHoo!!!! He has lost a couple of pounds and mine is right between 144.8 - 145.8. It's all good. Not really in it to lose weight, more just to feel better and stay healthy. Hope all are well. :)

Feeling pretty good about the WOE changes. Husbands numbers are starting look much better. He is a sweets-a-holic. Need to find some recipies that will help with his sweet tooth but keep his numbers under control. Wish me luck. Hope all are having a WONDERFUL day.

So far all is well. WOE is getting much better and I am really starting to feel better. I really need to stay strong this time. Just to be much healthier and to feel better with more energy. I will be needing the extra energy come July as my daughter is going to have a baby. I will be watching the baby and Branden (who is 7 now). MAN, time has flown by. Scary really!!!!! Hope everyone is having a great day.
