I have been keeping myself busy and continue to walk on my treadmill everyday. When it comes my time for my weigh in I am hoping to come as close as possible to a ten pound loss. The weather has been rainy, yesterday I had an appointment at the eye doctor. I will say you just have to love the people who drive right through puddles to spray you with water. I may have received an unwanted shower but still made the rest of my day count. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I've been trying to get my workouts done earlier in the day as I feel once I am finished my energy is just zapped. Please don't think this is a complaint; it's just how I have been feeling. Since surgery I have not been able to take my pain medication so my knees and ankles have really started talking to me. I will be doing a follow up appointment this month to see if he can recommend some alternative choice for me. I am still happy about my decision and will continue to work towards my dream of health and fitness. My future is up to me. Have a super evening and lovely day tomorrow.

Today I went to the YMCA to do my workout. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Doing my very best at staying on track with food and my commitment to exercising daily. Today was a beautiful day and I certainly want to take advantage of all the lovely days before our rainy season hits. It was a great day, hoping tomorrow is equally nice. Hope my buddies had a great day as well.

Went to my doctor's today and now I've officially lost 100lbs since September last year. I'm totally proud of my accomplishment and so motivated to continue to my goal. I can honestly say that I cannot remember ever feeling as good as I do these days. I am able to do so much more than I used to even think was possible. I didn't even realize how crappy I was feeling till I wake up each day feeling as good as I do. I want to continue to thank my buddies for their support on my journey, you're the greatest! Have a SUPER DAY!
