I am so frustrated ever thing I plan to eat is high in carbs and fats. I know I am learning but due to my health I don't have time for a big learning curve also I am a very picky eater and very plain foods. Help anyone?

Hi all I am not much for Journaling but I will try. I am diebtic and over weight, so I have been see a diebtic dietician and has help me to understand how the type of insulin I am on works. it made a lot of sense and I have a little better handling carb counting

today is a travel day (going to walmart) over an hour drive one way.eating is always off cause it's the only time we get to town. I try to journal more later today. take care all and have a great day.
