Ended up working most of the day, yesterday, with no real time to play other than taking the dogs out. I need to check in this morning, avoiding it at the moment. Yesterday, I missed going to a restaurant opening for my friend, the event was during the day, but when I walked by around 8, they were still going strong in the parking lot with music, so i got to experience a little bit of it.
Rushing through to get the weekly chores done so I can have a little me time today. Blob holding down, water way up, probably from the cauliflower smash I made last night to eat with my fried shrimp. I still don’t like cauliflower, but I’ve been able to incorporate it into my meals more often. I need to run to the store so i have the good options when I can’t get away from the machine.

Anyways, another gorgeous day, don’t want to waste it on the computer. Weekend rules, enjoy the day!

Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

Finishing up one heck of a week by working a part day today. Goal is to finish by 3 and then the rest of the weekend is for me. I did manage to take a long walk every night except Tuesday, and that was filled with a shorter walk and the rower. Weight has bounced up and down all week, no biggie, I weighed, just never got to logging during the day and I prioritized getting out and walking over social media this week. Plan is to slog through the work stuff, go for a long walk, then the rest of life.
Blob down, muscle up, no doubt due to the 25 bags of mulch I had to move from the curb to the yard yesterday.
With that, weekend rules, back to work, press on, press on.
