Had a 2 week stall, the weather has been rainy and cloudy all week. Feeling the doldrums. I need to get back to entering my daily food intake.

Losing 6 pounds on week one has kept me motivated. I like eating every 3 hours. I feel satisfied all day. I notice now when I eat my first snack of almonds that I get heated for a few minutes. So I know my metabolism is up. A diet where I can enjoy my red wine in the evenings is perfect for me.
