I’m glad the weight isn’t going up. I haven’t been active much because it hurts my back even standing for too long. It seems like sciatica but gosh it hurts.

Light snack/lunch. I like cutting my apple into thin slices kind of like chips. Going out for dinner tonight and not counting those calories. Just plan to enjoy date night.

Weighed myself twice to confirm, must have released a ton of water weight. Getting back into gentle exercise because my back still hurts. Cravings are super strong for candy which is definitely why I fell off the wagon with Easter. Me and candy are bffs 😜

Switching out the latte for regular coffee this morning. Back to tracking but I struggle with getting enough protein to not feel hungry all the time.
