It’s Friday!!!! I’ve now started the task of building muscle. I’m eating more protein and have started slowly with weights. I have a trainer ( who takes a lot ) but I have a long journey to replace the lovely bat wings and extra skin.

I’m now learning to maintain my weight. So far things are easy but that has me worried. With restaurants opening up today I hear them calling. I’m only one glass of wine away from ordering something deep fried.

Ummmm, I really enjoyed a week of not caring what I ate. Lots of wine and truly delicious food! Only up by a little so I’m okay with my choices.
