208.5 lbs! (63lbs less than my heaviest 272) My previous goal was 210, my new goal is 190. I will hit it by July 4th.

From my weightloss I have gained so much already. My glucose levels are always low now. Even to the point of being too low at times. My feet are not tingling like before. I'm going to try getting off my diabetes medicine next month. My blood pressure has hugged 90 over 60 constantly. I hope to be off those meds next month also. My back seems to not hurt as much as before. I'm told my snoring has greatly decreased. Old clothes fit well or baggy. Now for the best part. My boys are both in law enforcement and physically fit. They are also very competitive. The oldest is a little heavier and self conscious even though he is in great shape. Now we are competing with weight loss. We are both 209lbs as of today. Now the race is on. First one down to 200 lbs. buys dinner. First one to 190 lbs. buys family dinner. My youngest can't get anymore in shape than he already is so he says he will egg us on and let his brother know I'm gonna win. Weightloss is something I no longer duck or dodge. It has become a journey of enjoyment. As always thank you all for the support and inspiration.
