Okay, I'm back here and trying to hold myself accountable, but I can't remember where to start!
I also thought this journal thing was private, but apparently not, so had to delete and rewrite. :)
This is just a test entry and I'm being a lazy butt this morning because I LOVE being lazy in the mornings! Then...the day slips away and I find I missed the entire thing and missed my workout. AGAIN!
When is your favorite time to work out and why?? It's slower at the gym midday and I can grab a bench, but morning is great because I feel so accomplished! I'm JUST...SO...LAZY in the morning and it feels soooooo gooooooood.
