ok o I gained back up to 238 as of a few weeks ago. But I am back down to 230 as of today per the dr scales. I tend to eat according to my moods and lately I have been very hyper. I got engaged three weeks ago tonight and have been more active. My goal is to lose quite a bit of weight before the wedding which is at the end of March! I have been trying to eat more healthy and be more active.

Good morning all! I am learning that if I use my CPAP I wake up refreshed and actually have energy! I am working on my eating habits and drinking more water! As far as exercise, I haven't done repetition of anything, but I have been helping a friend work on making a craft room out of a big storage shed and definitely getting some exercise doing so! I could use some advice on the areas of this program that I need to navigate through first. Time is kind of a dilemma because I work 2 jobs and take care of my 73 year old mama. I do appreciate all the encouragement. As of right now I need to lose about 100lbs!
