i lost 11 lbs in 14 days!!! im so happy! it is actually working! and i just started the exercising 3 days ago so this weight is strictly diet! now with exercise included its going to be amazing! i dont own a scale so my sister brings one over every 2 weeks! and i get weighed again on june 19th im not as nervous as i was this time!! yay!

ive been on a
no sugar
no bread
no soda
no candy
no chips
no pasta
no rice
no alcohol
no red meat
lifestyle change for the past 21 days!!
long story short 3 kids and a bulging disc in my lower back have caused 338 lbs of pain and struggle! i haven't been able to walk more than half a block in 11 years without resting..a surgeon told me even if they were to perform surgery on my back my weight will probably re-injure my back.. i take some blame with my food choices,but not being able to walk has been the major factor in my weight gain.. well im OVER IT! im almost a month in and seriously the biggest obstacle i face now is eating 5 times a day! i went from 1 meal a day which was usually dinner to 4//5 meals a day and the food is delicious!
im allowing myself to have
breakfast- between 9/11am
herbalife w/ almond or skim milk
greek yogurt w/ mango
fruits
fiber one cereal
lunch-between 12/2pm
kale,spinach,salad
cucumbers w/vinegar
herbalife
fruits
veggies
snack-between 3/4pm
nuts
fruit
veggies
dinner between 5/7pm
salad
veggies
fish
chicken
and thats it! i don't eat these all at once..its the only thing i allow myself to eat.. AND ALL I DRINK IS INFUSED WATER! NOTHING ELSE! my favorite is lemon/cucumber/mint
for exercise i do yoga,exercise ball,and 10 lb weights.. until im able to do do more these are helping alot with my core and back..
i look forward to this journey and i appreciate everyone rooting for me! this is going to eventually lead to the best time of my life! no pain no gain! besides kicking ass sounds like a great workout :)
