Still too high but not as bad as yesterday. Must have had too much sodium recently. I’m finally healthy and able to exercise again. I’m also back to tracking my food. Four months of being too sick to exercise and also not tracking my food made it easy to pack on the pounds. Time to turn things around.

Just checking in to let everyone know I'm alive. My life is very big right now and has been for the past several years. I've made the decision to retire mid-June. What I'm doing right now is unsustainable. Teaching full time and caring for my mom and and my own family leaves little to no time to focus on my health and my health is suffering. My husband and I decided we need to make my health the priority so I will take early retirement as the extra money is no good if I'm dead or too unhealthy to enjoy it. My main focus will be to get myself in good health, which is actually a lot of work. I probably won't be here much between now and then, but wanted to check in with those who follow me. Wishing everyone the best on their journey and excited to start a new chapter in my life. I've been a teacher for 34 years so this is a big change for me. It's bittersweet to leave, but it's time.
