hit the ground running... got back on that IF track... as much as I want to eat it I shake my head. I saw just a hint a progress and that was just thepush I needed to really turn up my A game. everyone needs to know that they are moving forward or else we feel stuck and if there seems to be even the smallest hope of success, take it. with weight loss in reality its not that hard.. How bad do you want to reach your goals... Really sit and think it over... its not hard, I had to be real with my self. Am I giving it my all... and im still not because I am running less.. but just to adjust, give me about a week and here we go again. I want to hit that 220s :))

its hard not to eat all the time... lol ok so now trying to cut back on sugar because I may not eat much during the day but I do eat chips, ice cream, chocolate -.- .. what am I doing idk... but I do notice and the scale also reads I have gained :( well to be completely honest I should take body measurements because my waist is definitely decreasing :)) my thighs are tone... man I love my legs.. lol I run. Love running.. lifting weights... I love feeling completely exhausted. to be honest I don't usually accomplish this at the gym... usual involves more work like after running doing lounges... for a whole block... just one,. you think it may not be much but from one street to the next, with lounges,... wide lounges and low, feel the burn, and one block is all you need... take off running after... oooooh weeeeeeee. extra balance may be required :)

I Have been going to the gym ... food intake for a while was poorly kept.. cant help it I love food :P but still I keep it moderately low and im sticking to IF.. eat NOTHING after 6:30pm until next day say about 10:30 and I have already gone to the gym at 6am.. but I honestly have to give credit to getting mega sick about a week ago... I ate nothing for 2 days then just liquids for the next two days and I lost 8lbs that week...
