Weight loss has slowed down now that I am back at work and no time to exercise. Now more than ever i need to stick to a healthy calorie controlled diet as i cannot run off to the gym and work it off!
It's work 7:30 - 5:00 every day then home to baby to spend time with her before she nods off by 6 or 6:30pm and then it's making dinner and time with hubby. I think I'll do a spinning class on Saturday...
Any weight loss tips are welcome! I want to get down to 65kgs asap!

Goal getting closer...slowly but surely does it...My friend asked me how am i losing the weight, what is my secret? Sad thing is there is no secret. Eat healthy! Exercise and watch your portions. And have fun doing so!

I am on a calorie-restricted meal plan to shed my pregnancy weight. I have 8kgs to go before I reach my pre-preggy weight but would like to lose 2kgs more.
Its not so much the weight I'm concerned with losing - I want to look good and fit into my clothes again. Almost there as my Aca Joe jeans fit again! Tight squeeze but they fit yay!
I stumbled accross this website when googling the calorie content of droe wors. OMG was I shocked! Off to the gym I go - no skipping my workout today!
Excited to try the double corn cake muffins I found on your website!
