Planned out my meals. Can't eat anything other than what was planned. So hard. I get out of work at 6:30 and am RAVENOUS by the time I get home. For me, THAT'S when I make my mistakes, eating anything that's already prepared just for the sake of eating. Anyone else have this dilema?

Thanksgiving, my birthday (x3), etc. etc. ANNNNND not taking my diuretics faithfully have me BLOATING beyond recognition. I don't like to weigh myself daily, especially due to the water problems, but I intend to again tomorrow to see if taking my medication makes that big of a difference. Also, I'm ON THE WAGON from celebrations (not drinking... that's not my bag... from seasonal snacking). Watch for my weight tomorrow. I swear I lost GALLONS today. Re-started the 5:2 fasting diet too (<500 Kcals x 2 days, then <1580 Kcals x 5 days). Wish me WILLPOWER!

"Down" day 1 of 2. <500 kcals today. Not hard to do on a busy Monday. HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!

Water weight? Yes, some. Gotta get active. It's Sunday... First day of the week and what better day to get started? I will walk, or elliptical, or do SOMETHING to begin. Starting small is MUCH better than not at all. I need to do this for me. Not for my child, husband, mother-in-law, parents. All their needs aside, I need to do for me and me alone. It feels selfish. I'm not good at this, but I've put me on the back burner for too long. Sigh.

I can't even BEGIN to say how much 1/2 lb can make my day! 5:2 Alternate Day Fasting is AWESOME!!! -10 since June 29, 2015.... :)
