Is there a way to journal, without having to enter a weight or food?
I've been fighting a really bad cold since Sunday night. I haven't had an appetite at all, but I've been drinking bone broth and chicken "soup" (no noodles).
What's your go to, when you're under the weather?

I'm still trying to figure this app out. I started back on my diet last Monday. I weighed in at 330.7. On Wednesday, I weighed in a couple of pounds less. Wednesday is when I started my low carb, no sugar diet.
So far so good. I've been eating sugar free handy here and there. I'm not a fan of sugar free stuff, but I have to fake it, 'till I make it, for now.

I've survived my first weekend of no carbs no sugars. Sunday isn't a biggie, the biggie was Friday night and Saturday night... I did it. I got this.
