My diet will be focused on foods that are safe for my colitus and digestive issues. I'm going to focus on getting more "paleo" foods and stay within a certain calorie range.

Starting over today.
Having so much pain in lower back and left neck,shoulder all the way down to my hand and fingers. I feel like every move is difficult and painful.
Depression is moderate and used to be more mild. I think that the weight gain could be due to not following a diet closely, not tracking my food and excercise and just a general don't-care-anymore attitude.
The plan: Start moving! Start tracking movement and foods. Choose better foods and have the "Help! I'm on an emotional rollercoaster!!" healthy snacks at the ready, (planned) and in easy reach.
Getting my neck fused in 2 weeks, will be on a liquid/soft food diet. Figure out those foods now and be prepared.
I need to start believing in me. Nobody else will if I don't.

Bank and real estate agent being soooo difficult! Had to re-date all paperwork and buyers almost backed out! AHHH!!! NOO!! Stressful day yesterday, absolutely exhausted today. Had a crystal light with caffeine this morning and I'm still craving a nap. Going to try breakfast and hope for energy to workout. Back is hurting and knees are stiff, so probably retaining water.
Diarrhea all day yesterday. Not enough fluids. Urine is yellow/dark yellow. Pasta and white bread was always my go to for constant diarrhea, but now i don't know what to turn to...
Well, breakfast stayed in my body for 10-15 minutes before I was running for the bathroom. I felt little to no energy from it.
Tried exercising, but so worn and tired that 30 minutes and I was barely able to walk up the stairs. Giving my body the day off. However, 3K steps at 20 minute mark - I'm getting faster and soon will reach 10K in the 60 minutes. Tacking on another 5K from there.

75 Minutes, 5.61 Miles, 11,051 steps
Feeling very sore and stiff now. Both legs went numb while working out - need to look into this. Back MRI on Monday.
