I'm NEVER on this site anymore :/ I am always on MyFitnessPal, I use that app religiously. I just found that it worked better for me. It's like Facebook for weight loss!! It has a news feed with my friends' updates of their weight loss, their exercise and food diaries, and statuses. If you are on there, find and add me! AshleyFletcher. I'm on daily, and I give more motivation that way. Also, find me on YouTube, I do vlogs now, the Watch Me Shrink series. LessWeightFeelsGreat. Sub like n comment!! Help be my motivation, and I be yours :) Give me tips on how to lose weight and get fit.

I shot up to 205 two weeks ago and then hot down to 204.4 last week and now finally llost a lil bit more. I've probably lost 2 lbs in the last 3 hours cuz we had a tornado touch down!!!!! I've never experienced one before and I had a panic attack and I had some crazy bowel movements >.< and my adrenaline is going crazy. I had to sit in the tub with my two little pups and mother in law. And they are expecting more between 6 and 10 pm!!! I'm scared :/

I haven't been able to document my exercise and food cuz I've been super busy! Also my lap top broke and I'm waiting on a new cord so I can actually get on the site! My hubby and I signed up at the gym on Monday, and have been doing great with that. We also bought tummy wraps from Walmart and I started putting plastic wrap on my legs! I have been sweatin like crazy lol. I can see more definition in my legs, and I got my bff belly ring in the mail (I'm getting my belly peirced as a reward when I reach my goal) it is such a great motivation!
