Didn't lose a lot this week but I gained about 4lbs in water weight due to lady things and I wasn't working out as hard for the same reason so still proud of what I've lost this week. time to get back to it this week though!

Some days it's hard to be strong I'll want to grab a bag of chips from the vending machine or I'll want to get ice cream on my way home, but I've been sticking to it and it's all paying off. I had wanted to lose 30lbs by my next doctors appointment next Monday and now that goal seems very achievable!!!
