I didn't follow my plan yesterday and made poor decisions about what to eat. I was at the lake and also a backyard party. Lots of good food choices, poor decisions. Back on track. I am hoping for better days ahead.

I have been preaching to the family and it's about time I show them some results so I started last week at 184 pounds. I am determined to lose this weight with a ketogenic diet. The same diet that kept me from having to use insulin 🙂. Wish me luck.
